The Sanchez Story
Sanchez Construction was founded in 2009 by a third-generation builder who grew up watching his father and grandfather frame houses across the San Gabriel Valley. What started as a two-man remodeling crew has grown into one of Southern California's most trusted residential contractors.
We've built custom homes in Pasadena, flipped properties in Inglewood, and remodeled kitchens from Torrance to Riverside. Every project — no matter the size — gets the same level of attention and accountability.
We're not the biggest contractor in Southern California. We're the one that answers the phone, shows up on time, and delivers what we promised.
